I installed the basic version of the plugin.
I pasted the code (taken from pdf) within the model of integration.
I created a new custom field.
I created a new profile.
And then?
I know nothing about programming and you wonder if there is a simple tutorial or sample data to install.

MET-Basic requires custom Templates, The basic one on the Sigsiu site and the Use of Templates Guides provide a fairly good guide on what is required.

Also if you go digging in their forum in the Tips and Trick section there is the Original Forum Thread for the Multiple Entry Types hack, most of it applies to the Basic version of the plugin so you will likely find some pointers in there as well.

I have the same problem.
After creating profiles where am I supposed to find them? I had the notion that the custom entry interface would list them and I could do with them what was done with the original: select new fields etc. But its not so simple and I think I'm in over my head. ?

The question is: once we add profiles where do we go from there?

The instructions for the set up are nice but I created 3 profiles and I can only see one of them on my "Add Entry" link from the front end.
There seems to be no difference between my 3 profiles so why is only one of them showing up?

In addition to only one of my profiles being visible on the frontend I need instructions illustrating how the profiles are used after they are created, where they are found, how are they tweaked.

Sorry for the ramble. I've been trying to work around this hours.

I just added another profile and now its the only "Add Entry" option from the front end which means that it only lists the last profile.
What's wrong here?
